1. Recreational Sports Survey - from Lindsay Meyer, OSU Adapted Rec Sports!
Due to the diverse student population at Ohio State, the Department of Recreational Sports, a member of the Office of Student Affairs, has made a commitment to serving people with disabilities through the Adapted Recreational Sports (ARS) program. However, we need your opinions! We have provided a SHORT survey, at the link below, to help identify what Rec Sports programs that students want. The information obtained from you in this survey will be used to help administration implement new Rec Sports programs to best meet your needs. You are not required to complete this survey and all information will be confidential. Thank you for your time!

2. Handivan Survey
The annual Business Operations Customer Satisfaction Survey has launched. Customers who have conducted business with the University's Handivan service or any of the specified units within Business Operations during the last year are asked to participate. The survey should not take more than 5 minutes of your time. Our goal is to gather information that will help continuously improve our academic and research support units.

Please note that students are able to complete the survey although it appears to be addressed to Faculty and Staff. Question 2 asks you to rate the Handivan Staff, while Question 3 asks you to rank the Handivan Services. The survey will be available until June 15th, 2007

3. Attention Users of Alternative Media!
Please inform Sarah Terry.5@osu.edu of your Summer and or Autumn Quarter course registration. We would like to get started on your materials as soon as possible and it is very important for you to let Sarah know the courses you have registered for. We will go forward making contact with the departments about the course materials. Questions? E-mail Sarah or call her at 292-3307.
4. Proctor Sheet Reminder!
We like to have your Proctor Sheets completed and turned in at least 5 business days before the exam date. However, we do understand when extenuating circumstances may interfere with the process to have these turned in. If this is the case for you, please call your ODS counselor at 292-3307 to discuss available options.
5. Finals Week Schedules!
This is it! It’s the last week to stop in before exams to pick up a copy of your scheduled finals. Look your schedule over while you are at ODS and talk with us if you have any concerns about how your exams have been scheduled.
