1. Student Wellness Center Hosts It’s Abuse Kickoff Event! 

 

The OSU Student Wellness Center is hosting the It's Abuse kick off event for this year's campaign on Thursday, October 16 at 9:00p.m.-12 midnight at The Wexner Center. The event will feature the major motion picture “Waitress” (description below). Andrea Cambern, of WBNS 10TV will be moderator for some of the event.

 

·        There will be Giveaways and Food!

·        The Wexner Center will have extended hours for the Andy Warhol: Other Voices, Other Rooms exhibit. Free Admission!!!

“Waitress” description: A tired, hard-working waitress name Jenna (Keri Russell) is trapped in an unhappy marriage with a controlling, jealous husband.  She finds comfort in creating amazing pies and names them after circumstances in her life like, "I-Hate-My-Husband Pie".

It’s Abuse Launches Revamped Website

2. ENTRY POINT Coming to ODS to Recruit for Internships!

ENTRY POINT! will be coming to campus to recruit students with disabilities for internship opportunities. The recruiter will be here in mid-November 2008.
