ODS News Special Announcement!
Message from the Director, Office for Disability Services!
Dear Students,
Due to circumstances beyond our control, ODS had to make last minute changes of exams that were scheduled in Hitchcock Hall. Unfortunately, the first floor of Hitchcock Hall was flooded on Friday, March 13th and the area that was reserved for exam spaces was significantly impacted to the point that they could not be used for exam administration. The Exam Scheduling Coordinator was notified about this around 3:00 p.m. on Friday, March 13 and was told that only Monday's exams would be affected. Considering that several exams were scheduled for Monday through Thursday, we made the administrative decision to reschedule all exams for finals week. Today we received the call confirming that the rooms in Hitchcock would not be available all week for final exams.
We realize that some of you found these last minute changes in your exam schedules to be upsetting. We apologize that these changes were so abrupt. ODS had no other choice but to plan for your exam needs outside of the Hitchcock environment.
