Re: 2nd Term Summer Courses:
If you are taking classes 2nd term and have not contacted us regarding the materials - please do so immediately by e-mailing either odsaltmedia@studentlife.osu.edu or sterry@studentlife.osu.edu. Term courses present special challenges because of the accelerated rate at which the material is presented and we want to ensure that we have your materials ready for you.
Bookshare.org Update
All U.S. students with print disabilities are entitled to free membership in Bookshare.org, which includes free downloads of special versions of the Victor Reader Soft from HumanWare. Please contact Sarah Terry if you are interested in talking about a membership for yourself.

2. Networking Opportunity for Students who are Visually Impaired!
There will be a conference call of students and young professionals who are visually impaired. The conference call will take place at 9:00PM on Sunday 7/19. We will discuss how to meet the social, academic, and employment, needs of the younger generation of individuals who are visually impaired. This will be a brainstorming session so bring ideas. If interested in participating, please email Enjie Hall .
3. The First Autism Speaks Student Chapter has been Created at Ohio State!
The first Autism Speaks student chapter has been created at Ohio State to educate peers, increase awareness, and serve the local community. The goal is to maintain strong ties to the larger community and foster a commitment to action and activism, to provide support to the community in need. Club meetings will be held the first Friday of every month at 5 p.m. in 167 Campbell Hall. Read more:
