3.  New Exam Accommodations Policies Reminder

·        Lateness
Students using exam accommodations are expected to be at ODS at the time designated on the Proctor sheet and approved by the instructor. Students that arrive late for exams must take the remaining time or reschedule the exam with the instructor (via the Rescheduling Authorization Form OR an e-mail from the instructor). There is no guarantee that the instructor will permit a make up exam. This policy also applies to lateness due to illness - students unable to take an exam due to illness or emergency should contact their instructor immediately. Students are responsible for coordinating the makeup of any missed exam or quiz with their instructor by submitting a Rescheduling Authorization Form to ODS.

·        Photo ID Required
All ODS students must show picture ID to ODS exam staff when checking in to take an exam. BUCK-IDs and driver's licenses are acceptable.

·        Video Monitoring of Exams
ODS staff now monitor all ODS exam locations (studios, conference rooms and offices) via a closed-circuit video monitoring system.  Exam video content is stored on a secured, on-site digital recording device that is maintained exclusively by ODS staff.

·        Random Integrity Checks
ODS performs random integrity inspections at remote site test locations.

Any student observed utilizing any unauthorized resource during an exam will be reported to the University Committee on Academic Misconduct
and their instructor.
